Magneta Flake Powder

Magneta Flake is the result of an extensive research programme carried
out into fingerprint powders and is the first powder to be developed specifically for
use with fingerprints. Magneta Flake consists of an iron powder milled and flaked
to optimum particle size and then ingeniously coated with amino acids to a
specific weight.
The production of this powder is highly complex but the result is a powder that has
proved to be highly effective on all surfaces including plastic surfaces, plastic bags,

Stickyside Powder 25gm

Developed as an alternative to the use of Gentian Violet which is known to be toxic
by swallowing or skin absorption.
This new powder is economical and easy to use. It gives excellent results on most
types of sticky tape.
The powder is made into a paste using equal parts of water and Photo-Flo. (See
product code 95339). It is applied to the adhesive tape using an animal hair brush.
The excess is then rinsed off in a tray of water. Running tap water can be used but
it may rinse away some of the developed latent prints so is not recommended.
